HALF DAY STAGE 3 - SWING CLINICS

• Clinic start time 6.00pm
• Coffee and introduction on arrival
• Review Stages 1&2 and capture progress on video
• Advanced explanation of ‘Connection’ and ‘Freewheeling’
• 2.5 hours intensive instruction, including SWINGBUILD exercises
• Swing assessment on camera
• A 30 minute debriefing session over coffee
• Update Personal Practice Plan and notes
